Start-up no earlier than 2027:

The sewer project is expected to start in 2027 at the earliest.

The postponement is due to new legislation regarding financing of measures for handling high groundwater levels. Vejle Wastewater's preliminary studies have noted that the groundwater is close to the ground in some places, which is why groundwater and any measures are being investigated in more detail.

For your information – boreholes have been drilled in the area to measure the groundwater. A few additional meters will be installed in the near future.

In connection with the start of the project, you will be invited to a citizens' meeting where the project - including traffic and deadlines - will be presented.

The individual landowner will be required to separate the sewage on their own property. The link below provides more information about separate sewage.

For further information, the Homeowners Association will look into whether we can get a quote from a tradesman to install separate sewerage for those who would like it in collaboration with the Homeowners Association. More information on this will come later.

I morgen lørdag den 17. maj kl. 10 – 14 er alle velkomne til at kigge forbi på foreningens grund på Dalvej 14 til en kop kaffe/te eller en lille juice.

Har du en halv time (eller mere), vil vi gerne have lidt hjælp til at gøre grunden sommerklar

Mandag den 19. maj kl. 19.30 – 21.00 i Vejle FC lokaler (Vestbanevej 1A).

4. Indkomne forslag – modtages senest mandag den 12. maj via mail eller direkte kontakt til bestyrelsen.

5. Fastsættelse af kontingent.

6. Valg – kasserer, to bestyrelsesmedlemmer samt revisorsuppleant vælges i ulige år.

7. Any other business

Sidste år var der et godt fremmøde til generalforsamlingen – vi håber mange igen i år vil bakke op om foreningen og deltage i mødet.

HOLD ØJE MED POSTKASSEN! I løbet af kommende weekend vil der blive uddelt flyer med informationer om foreningens arbejde samt andre praktiske oplysninger.

Bestyrelsen i Grundejerforeningen er blevet oplyst om, at høring i forhold til glasaltanerne i Sedumhaven er sendt til høring til de nærmeste naboer af byggeriet og ikke sendt ud som en offentlig høring. De beboere kommunen har udvalgt, har modtaget brev i deres e-boks.
Det forhindrer dog ikke, at andre kan indsende høringssvar.
Der er kun 14 dages høringsfrist fra udsendelsen – dvs. høringsfristen udløber den 27. november (så vidt bestyrelsen er orienteret).

Der opfordres derfor til, at dem der ikke har modtaget brev i e-boks angående indbliksgener, og som føler sig generet, sender et høringssvar til: plan@vejle.dk. Eventuelt med methp@vejle.dk som cc, da hun har siddet med siden starten af projektet.

Vi har fået en varsling om at der bliver udført spuns arbejde ved Vardevej fra uge 47 og i ca 3 uger.

Hvis du føler at dit hus er udsat, tag nogle gode billeder af huset og eventuelt med målebånd. Se venligst vedhæftede dokumenter for mere information om spunsarbejdet.

Der er også mulighed for mod egenbetaling at rådføre sig med en ingeniør eller få påsat en vibrationsmåler. Dette kan evt findes på internettet. Hvis du er i tvivl har du højest sandsynlig en indboforsikring, hvorigennem du kan få retshjælp. Vi hører gerne fra dig om hvordan du griber sagen an.

Hi,

In collaboration with Trygfonden, we now have 5 places available for a course in first aid and defibrillators. There is no requirement for previous experience with first aid or a defibrillator, and we hope all places will be taken, as the more people who know first aid in Trædballe, the greater the chance of survival in the event of a cardiac arrest!

This is an offer in connection with the defibrillator we installed at Dalvej 16 last year.

Registration can be done by sending an email to traedballe@gmail.com.

The arrangement takes place on October 27 from 10:00-13:00. Place will come later.

Hi,

For information, sheeting work is to be carried out at Vardevej 151 from week 35 and 4-5 weeks ahead. Houses within a radius of 75m will be fotoregistered before start. Vibrations during this period will be measured to ensure the building law will be adhered to. The work is done for Kryger Development.

It could be a good idea to take pictures of your house yourself if cracks should appear in the house during this period.

Furthermore, it is a good idea to go through your contents insurance if there is a need for legal assistance later to see if it is an option.

The board has held a meeting with Free Legal Aid regarding, among other things, damage to houses (not water problems).

It was recommended that they get involved with cracks in houses etc. join together to make a complaint.

In order to give those involved the opportunity to meet, the board will invite to a meeting if there is interest in it.

It must be emphasized that the board cannot go into the specific case but only invites to the meeting to facilitate contact between those involved.

The board continues to work on the problems with water. According to Legal Aid, it is Vejle Wastewater that is initially responsible for the challenges we have. The board has discovered that there are clogged sewers and is following up with Vejle Wastewater.
