Big changes in and around Trædballe

We are pleased to the annual meeting 2021. However, we are still only allowed to get together in a limited number in Vejle FC. Therefore, we will set up a virtual meeting for those who have the opportunity to log in. Link will be published on Facebook and the website at a later date. For those who are not familiar with this type of meeting, you can register on a first-come, first-served basis and get a seat at Vejle FC. The contact information is on the last page. If you have the courage to try the online meeting, but do not have any experience with it, we will post a guide on our website later on how to do it. 

Activities and events since the last digital newsletter

As many probably know, the Ny Rosborg project has started. We have talked to the municipality about the plans in this regard. In this context, we have talked to the municipality about the new location of Hyttebyen.

There are new several-stored buildings being discussed at Borgvej and Vardevej. We from the board have in collaboration with landowners in Trædballe been in contact with the municipality about this.

There have been requests to make a general objection to the change in the local plan for the several-stored buildings at Borgvej and Dalvej. In collaboration with local citizens, we are currently working on some drafts that can be signed, which we will then submit together. However, we see that if people have the opportunity to submit an objection themselves, we prefer this as it provides a more nuanced objection. If you have submitted an objection, we would also like to hear from you, as we thereby have an overview of how much support for the objection in general is.

In addition, there are also landowners who have run other initiatives, which we greatly appreciate.

The mentioned points will be elaborated to the general meeting.

     • We have received some mixed information about how landowners would like to receive information. Here are the following suggestions: Continue handing out flyers, using mail subscriptions or a third solution.

     • From: From: The landowners' association's financial year is from 1/7 to 30/6.
     • To: To: The landowners' association's financial year is from 1/1 to 31/12.
       
   • §7 Annual meeting 
     • From: The annual general meeting is held every year in the third quarter. 
     • To: The annual general meeting is held every year in the first quarter.

General information and support for the landowners' association

REMEMBER In addition to showing your support for the community, a membership also allows you to rent various tools. To become a member, you can pay DKK 200 in one of the following ways:

4) Locate more options on the website 

REMEMBER to add your address in the transfer, so we can keep track of who has paid when, for example, tools are to be lent.
